Milk or ANY Dairy for Nutrition ?
Many people have become aware of the hazards of drinking milk: osteoporosis, ear infections, as opposed to the alleged nutritional benefits associated with it such as the calcium and protein myths, the caution that humans are the only mammal that drink the milk of another species pointing to the unnatural aspect of the practice.
The reality is in the nutritional circles there is more information discouraging drinking milk or consuming ANY dairy product for that matter, at least for nutritional purposes. Avoiding it entirely when in the process of getting rid of any illness or doing any internal cleansing of the body is highly recommended. Dairy products should only be consumed as a treat.

Using a body building supplement?
In going through some twitter postings, found this posting that prompted me to post this in my blog. For those out there using body building supplements, I have a recommendation. Stop. Don’t waste your money. Protein powders have not the best way to gain lean muscle mass. See this article from one of my resources, Jack Median listed on this site “High Protein, vs, Low Carbohydrate Diets. Fact and Fantacy”
Jack Medina also advises against the use of Creatine. Here is an article telling about dangers ad side effects. This should be a clue that it shouldn’t be considered. http://www.creatinemonohydrate.net/creatine-side-effects
