This website is about health and nutrition. I am a “nutrition through whole food advocate”. I do promote and make available to my readers an easy way to get nutrition from 9-13 servings of fruits and vegetables on a daily basis. It is NOT a multi-vitamin or vitamin supplement. It is a whole food concentrate of those fruits and vegetables. You may have heard of it, it’s called Juice Plus+. Click here for some info, but please contact me directly at firstname.lastname@example.org
I am not a nutritionist, nor do I have any certifications in health or nutrition although I have studied nutrition on my own for over 30 years. I have resources that have provided me with a foundation to understand what good nutrition is and I will share those resources with you. Those resources are highly reputable professional practitioners and former practitioners from medical and holistic health fields.
Everyday I see nutrition articles and information out there that make me crazy because most of it is inaccurate. A lot of that is from old myths and misconceptions that have been ingrained in us but actual credible research has shown that it is false. Do we often hear of some studies that “reveal” certain things about certain foods, then later studies showing something totally different? This happens because the initial research was either flawed in some way or was not fully credited research to begin with.
To learn more about the resources I get my nutritional information foundation from, please see my resources page. I highly recommend you check these out for a better understanding and I welcome any comments or questions. Most of your questions I may direct to one or more of these resources but I’d prefer to ask them so I can learn as well:)
