Let me just add, that I've been involved with and used many nutritional supplements since I was 18. None has ever given me the results I have gotten from Juice Plus+. I would ne represent or recommend this if I myself did not agree with the results being superior to anything else out there.

Yes, Becca of course nothing is 100% re any testing. Nutrition, cleansing, exercise etc are all important in the prevention of any "disease". However I feel mammograms in general are a bad idea given the amount of radiation they subject the breast plus some reports of the pressing of the breast that it does making for more problems caused than any early detection (surely not prevention) they can provide. Plus according to one article this post links to, an overwhelming majority of technicians reviewing the results are not effectively qualified to properly read the results. This also inspires me to follow-up on Ultrasound testing as there has been much reporting of the hazards of that as well. But that's for another post.

I have heard and agree with what you say about mammo;s, however, i have heard the thermo scans arent 100% accurate either. Prevention in terms of nutrition and cleansings.... however, there are people with dense tissue, cysts, scarring and recurring growths that require ultrasounds and mammos.

Rick - I think you're right on with this. A spiritual awareness can be just as important - if not more important - to your health than exercise or good nutrition. Here's why. One of the biggest factors in poor health is stress. That's not just my opinion. That's a fact backed up by studies and data. Eliminating and preventing stress goes a long way toward improving your health.

We know that good nutrition can mitigate stress. Certain vitamins and minerals act to support body and brain functions that deal with stress.

We also know that exercise alleviates stress and equips the body with the ability to handle stress better.

And we know that connecting with others on some social level is a key element in mental health, providing a support system and a sense of community that can help in stressful situations.

But a true spiritual awareness enables us to see life in a way that doesn't create stress within ourselves in the first place, and that allows us have an inner peace, dealing with and living in the world as messy and chaotic as it can be, but in a way that doesn't cause 5-alarm fire bells to go off in our system, raising our stress levels. It also provides a way of working through stress that does arise within us.

If we want to be healthy - physically, mentally and emotionally - we have to eat well, we have to exercise, and we have to connect with other people. But only with a positive spiritual awareness and belief system will all that good food, exercise and engagement with others pay off in truly optimal health.

Good post. And good to see you're blogging after such long time!

The scare was a man made one. In my opinion to sell vaccines. Fortunately the awareness against taking the vaccine was very helpful to prevent damage that could have been done.
